Intentional Living, Expressed Through Strength & Style
Helping women feel strong, energized, and confident through movement, nutrition, and personal style.
Hi, I'm Emily.
I'm an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Kripalu-trained yogi, cycling instructor, strength coach, and lifelong lover of style. My passion is helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more vibrant lives through an approach that blends movement, nutrition, mindset, and personal style into something that's both intentional and sustainable.
My work is rooted in one simple philosophy:
Clarified. Refined. Aligned.
I believe meaningful transformation begins by getting clear on how you want to feel, refining the habits that support that vision, and living in alignment with the life you're creating.
My journey has been shaped by two industries that might seem very different at first—but to me, they've always been deeply connected.
I graduated from Marist University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, which led me to New York City, where I built my career working with brands including Ann Taylor, Betsey Johnson, and the fashion publishing company Fairchild Publications. Immersed in the world of fashion, I developed an appreciation for how clothing can influence confidence, self-expression, and the way we show up in our daily lives.
At the same time, I was searching for balance. Long days in the city inspired me to prioritize movement, squeezing in workouts whenever I could. What began as a love for group fitness quickly grew into something much bigger. The moment I earned my first fitness certification, I knew I had found another calling. Teaching gave me a sense of purpose that my corporate career never quite matched.
Rather than leaving fashion behind, I realized those two passions belonged together.
Today, with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry and more than two decades of living this lifestyle myself, I've created an approach that honors both how you feel and how you present yourself. Wellness isn't just about the food you eat or the workouts you complete—it's also about feeling confident in the clothes you put on each morning.
That's the heart behind Intentional Dressing.
Intentional Dressing isn't about following trends or buying a whole new wardrobe. It's about choosing clothing that reflects who you are, supports how you want to feel, and helps you show up with confidence in every season of life. When we feel strong, nourished, and grounded, that inner work naturally carries into our personal style.
Throughout my career, I've worked with clients in every stage of life—from college athletes to postpartum moms to people simply looking to reconnect with movement. My specialties include strength training, yoga, cycling, functional fitness, and lifestyle coaching, but what truly defines my work is personalization. I believe deeply in bio-individuality: no two people are meant to eat, move, or live exactly the same. The same is true for personal style. What makes you feel confident and aligned is uniquely yours.
As a health coach—and a self-proclaimed food lover raised in an Italian family—I understand the meaningful role food plays in our lives. I've spent years learning how to nourish my body with whole, clean foods that fuel performance while still leaving room for joy. Along the way, I've learned that wellness isn't about perfection. It's about awareness, intention, and honoring what works for you.
Becoming a mom further shaped my perspective. With two kids and a full life, I know firsthand that healthy routines have to be realistic, flexible, and sustainable. My goal isn't to help you create a perfect life—it's to help you build habits that fit your life. From what's on your plate, to how you move your body, to what hangs in your closet, every intentional choice matters.
Inspired by the belief that small, intentional changes lead to lasting transformation, my mission is simple: to help you feel stronger in your body, more confident in your life, and aligned in how you show up—inside and out.
At the heart of my work are three simple words:
Clarified. Refined. Aligned.
First, we get clarified on how you want to feel—not how you think you should look or who the world expects you to be, but the version of yourself you want to become.
Then, we become refined, building intentional habits through movement, nourishment, mindset, and personal style that support the life you're creating.
Finally, we become aligned, allowing those intentional choices to shape how you show up each day—with greater confidence, purpose, and authenticity.
Because true wellness isn't about perfection. It's about living in a way that feels genuine to you, inside and out.
A more intentional life begins with one intentional choice.
